Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5–12 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

This is an estimate. Delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods such as holidays, because of customs checks, or because of delays with the local postal service.

Shipping costs

Shipping is totally FREE.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us at voxiprint@outlook.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
